Sometimes humor is a good way to explain serious problems. Kel and Lua are two characters determined to fight against injustice. They believe that through science and their inventions they will be able to defend human rights and convince people to do so as well.

In his adventures, things do not always end well. But they never give up. They are the democratic emergency team. Always ready!
